With over 5 years of experience in retail human resources, Dalton saw firsthand the inefficiencies of outdated HR systems
—and worked closely with IT, store operations, and the workforce systems team to bridge the gap between employee needs and

Recognizing a lack of clear support documentation for employees, Dalton went a step further. After his time at Dollar Tree,
